Subtle Energies and Healing

Living beings are complex and dynamic objects. They generally consist of a number of different  Souls, all acting in unison (most of the time), to accomplish a variety of goals. Yet when the Life Construct was developed, there was an understanding that Life itself would, almost of necessity, need to be at least somewhat dependent on its environment, so it was Likely going to be somewhat fragile.  No particular system of a given life could be allowed to dominate because of the potential for harm to the whole. A delicate balance had to exist, a balance that would ultimately require very subtle changes and shifts of Energies.

Nutrients, in the form of compounds we know as vitamins, as well as minerals, play a vital part in maintaining the balance of Energies within any body. Any deficiency can result in the slow down of processes in the body due to inefficiency – the body does not have what it needs to operate without difficulty. It is not necessarily the actual mineral or vitamin that is needed; in some cases (but not all), it may be that the Energies of the vitamin or mineral may be all that is needed. Many of the nutrients that a body requires can be found in the area where the person is, it is not necessarily required that it be obtained from a long distance away.

When the Life Construct was initially developed, there was an assumption that any given Soul would travel within a relatively small area – although walking a running provided an ability to possibly travel further in a shorter period of time, the body would adapt to the changes in foods and nutrient sources as they moved – walking was slow enough that this adaptation could be supported. But along with the nutrients in a given area, there were other Life forms (like bacteria, viruses, and fungi) that would be local, and dependent on the nutrients in their local area for nutritional support. Eventually, some of these Life forms became toxic to people and other larger Life forms (animals, for instance); but the illnesses that were a result of these things could be addressed by the nutrients that were located in this local area.  For instance, a virus that was native to Berlin, Germany, and caused a particular kind of respiratory infection in animals (including humans), could be treated by nutrients or other compounds in that local area. The intent was to make healing possible in any given area, using locally derived nutrient sources (plants, bacteria, other viruses, or fungi). Of course this did not adequately consider the movement and relocation of people over long distances.

But there were compromises. Each illness has an Energy that is associated with its origin location. If one had the ability to determine what that Energy was, and where its origination was, they would be able to look at the flora and fauna of that particular area, and determine the “antidote” or compounds that were needed to correct and resolve that particular illness, by obtaining and using that particular compound. This would have been relatively easy, since all of these compounds would be located in the areas around where the infection occurred.

The other method involves looking at the illness, with an intent on determining what the Energies of that healing compound were (keeping in mind that there may be multiple compounds). Each illness, in addition to having the Energies of its origin, also have the Energies of the compounds that are required to heal the infected body (or in other terms, each illness that has an outside organic source has an Energy associated with it that it is vulnerable to). In the case of either of these compromise healing methods, each would require a healer that is sufficiently capable of looking into the specific Energies of a given illness, finding the information about it, and then using that information to provide a compound that would kill or eliminate the source of the illness.  Unfortunately, there are very few Energy healers of this kind that have this demonstrated ability, possibly in part because this particular information is not widely known, and because the constraints of society do not all for the consideration of this kind of ability.

To give an idea of the subtle nature of Life and illnesses, let me provide some examples.

I once worked on an elderly woman who suffered from terrible headaches (non-migraine). After looking at what was going on with her Energies for a few minutes, I was able to determine that the headaches were being caused by the chemicals in a hair dye that she was using. There existed a chemical in the dye that was penetrating her scalp, and then getting into her brain, where it was causing an Energy imbalance with the chemistry of the brain, which in turn resulted in the headaches.  Once she stopped using the hair dye, the headaches stopped.

In the second example, I had been having a craving for broccoli; two weeks after this craving began, I was scheduled to give blood.  As it turns out, my hemoglobin (the amount of iron ion the blood) was low; if I had made a greater effort to eat more broccoli, the iron in the food would have raised my blood iron levels.

For people that are prone to colds and the flu, there are a number of antiviral compounds that, if taken in low doses (or incorporated into their diets), could help to prevent colds and flu (or other virus borne illnesses). There are many information sources for these compounds, and many of these compounds are relatively easy to obtain.

I see people on a regular basis that have a buildup of toxins of various kinds in the body. There are some generalizations that can be made regarding many of them. I do see people who have a buildup of bile in their body, to the point that the buildup creates issues with the liver, gall bladder, or the bile ducts.  I have had people use either fresh pineapple or grapefruit to help breakup the bile – the enzymes in both are effective at dissolving the bile compounds.  In another situation, many people have a buildup of heavy metals in their body.  Modern medicine would typically use chelation therapy to remove these heavy metals from the body (chelation involves the giving of compounds that will bind with the metals and make them easier to eliminate through the bodies normal processes.  However, a more common chelation compound is Pectin, which is found in most fruits, jellies, and is used as a thickener for canning.

Food cravings are in important part of a healing process also. People have cravings for specific foods all the time, but many either do not pay attention to the craving (they ignore it), or wait too long to eat the food(s) that they crave.  The broccoli example above is a good example of a food craving; my body needed iron, it knows that it can get iron from broccoli, so it manifests a craving for broccoli. A few years ago, I had a craving for Haddock, a fish that I had never eaten before. The craving kept getting stronger, until I could no longer avoid it (at the time, I was a vegetarian, I had not eaten fish in over 20 years).  As it turns out, Haddock is a fish that is very high in Iodine, one of those nutrients that is important for the functions of the Thyroid. Unknown to me at the time, I had a large (benign) tumor on my Thyroid, and it had to be removed. But it was the problem with the Thyroid that caused me to crave Haddock; I had certainly seen Haddock in the store many times, and my body knew that it could get the needed Iodine from it.

Many people say they have a “craving”, for candy or sugar as an example. In most cases, this is not a true craving, it is an unconscious desire for a sweet. A good way to tell a “craving” from a “desire” is that a craving will tend to get stronger over time, while a “desire” for something will stay at the same level over time. But a degree of common sense might help as well; unless you hypoglycemic (you have low blood sugar), most people will not have a need for a sugar, even though it may taste very good.  One should avoid the sugar if this is the case.  When you have a food that you crave, ask yourself the question: Will this be good for me, or will I resolve a craving by eating this food?  If the answer is no, then do not eat it. If it could have a benefit, with a common sense thought process to explain why you want it, then eat it. And if the craving is for a food that you have not had in a while (or ever), then definitely eat it, very soon; even though you may not know what the craving is for, there is a good chance that your body does know, and it is trying to tell you about it.  Listen, you might benefit from it.
